Africa Digital Assets (“ADA”) provides an automated regulatory research platform and statutory knowledge repository. The content, statutory references, synthesis outputs, deterministic verdicts, and data provided through ADA do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional financial advice.
Nothing contained on this website or in the outputs of the Ask ADA engine establishes an attorney-client relationship. You must consult with a qualified legal professional licensed in the respective jurisdiction (e.g., Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Mauritius) before making operational, structural, or capital commitments.
2. Non-Affiliation with Government Bodies
Africa Digital Assets is an independent private research initiative. ADA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or an official agency of any sovereign regulatory authority, including the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya (CMA), the Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa (FSCA), the Bank of Ghana (BOG), or the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC).
3. Temporal Grounding & Accuracy of Statutes
Statutes, guidelines, and circulars are subject to administrative revision, revocation, and judicial interpretation. While ADA maintains audited synchronization with primary gazetted texts up to stated verification timestamps, ADA disclaims any express or implied warranty regarding the ongoing currency, completeness, or absolute legal enforceability of any citation.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Africa Digital Assets, its contributors, researchers, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service or reliance upon any statutory classification provided.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to generally accepted international commercial standards, without regard to conflict of law principles.
